Renewable energy and use of renewable energy sources (RES) is seen as part of the appropriate response to the global concerns for energy efficiency and greener world leading to a rapid increase in demand for renewable energy specialists who are able to design, install and maintain such systems.
Regarding the need of saving energy in the construction sector, and the improvement of the capacities of the architects with the objective to implement the energy-efficiency parameters in buildings, on February 22nd and 23th 2019, in hotel “Porta”- Skopje, a two-day training for architects took place within the Project “Toward market-based skills for sustainable energy efficient construction - TRAINEE”, part of the European Program “Horizon 2020”. As a support to the construction sector, and in the direction of creating additional capacities of the employees for the implementation of the parameters for energy efficient construction, on February 5 and 6 2019 in the Centre for transfer of technologies and innovations- INNO FEIT, a two-day workshop took place for the promotion of the Project “Toward market-based skills for sustainable energy efficient construction- TRAINEE” (http://trainee-mk.eu/mk), that is part of the European program “Horizon 2020”.
